About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to the routes assigned to each truck. Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards for products loaded and unloaded.

The position requires adherence to attendance and safety policies and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, often near other people for extended periods. Work may involve exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements, as well as handling soiled or pungent materials with appropriate protective equipment. Physical activities include standing for most of the shift, stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, reaching, and lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.

Candidates may be evaluated through an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Applicants who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
