About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role drives company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loads clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to the routes assigned to each truck. Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded. The position requires working safely near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Employees may encounter hot or cold temperatures and outdoor elements, and handle soiled or pungent materials using appropriate protective equipment. The role involves standing for most of the shift and frequent physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, as well as stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, and reaching. The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates. This is a regular, full-time, second-shift position.
