About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to their designated routes. Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products handled.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Be willing to handle soiled or pungent-odor materials using appropriate protective equipment.
• Be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Be able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach to perform work activities.
• Be able to perform physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, effort and dependability, integrity, interpersonal skills, teamwork, safety orientation, resilience under pressure, customer focus, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks according to designated customer routes.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.
