About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support its Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to each truck’s designated customer routes. Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards for products loaded and unloaded.

This is a temporary, full-time position on the 2nd shift. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid driver’s license. The job takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment and involves working near other people, exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements, and handling soiled or pungent materials with appropriate protective equipment.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate. The estimated base pay is $18.90–$23.63 per hour; compensation decisions depend on factors including skills, experience, training, and business needs.
