About The Position
InterAction24 is hiring for a Warehouse Associate / Lead in Sumter, SC. This is a long-term, full-time warehouse position in a fast-paced Distribution Center that handles receiving, putaway, inventory, order processing, and outbound freight daily. The role requires a high pace and a clean operation, offering a steady full-time home for individuals with existing warehouse experience.
Requirements
- Current forklift certification + recent warehouse forklift time
- Real inventory + shipping/receiving on a scanner or WMS
- Stable history — 2+ years at warehouse jobs, not a string of 90-day stops
- Ready to start this week on the 8:00–4:30 Mon–Fri shift in Sumter
- Looking for full-time, long-term work — not a two-week fill
- Forklift-certified
- Can lift 50 lbs all shift
- Have run inventory in a live warehouse
Responsibilities
- Run shipping, receiving, and order processing
- Own inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Operate forklift safely all shift
- Train and back up associates so the floor stays productive
- Lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet the full 8 hours
