About The Position
InterAction24 is hiring for a Warehouse Associate / Lead in Sumter, SC. This is a long-term warehouse position for a fast Sumter DC that moves freight every day, including receiving, putaway, inventory, order processing, and outbound. The role is fast-paced and requires a team-oriented approach in a clean operation. This is a steady, full-time opportunity for individuals with existing warehouse experience.
Requirements
- Current forklift certification
- Recent warehouse forklift time
- Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving using a scanner or WMS
- Stable work history (2+ years in warehouse jobs)
- Ability to start this week on the 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday shift
- Seeking full-time, long-term work
- Forklift-certified
- Able to lift 50 lbs all shift
- Experience running inventory in a live warehouse
Responsibilities
- Run shipping, receiving, and order processing
- Own inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Operate forklift safely all shift
- Train and back up associates so the floor stays productive
- Lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet the full 8 hours
