About The Position

This role is for a Warehouse Associate - Level 2. The position involves a variety of tasks related to warehouse operations, including safety compliance, inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. The associate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks, contributing to overall operational success, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
General understanding of picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Familiar with the types of products handled within the facility.
Follows all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Works independently and takes responsibility for tasks.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and handling physical tasks.
Basic math and data entry skills.
Detail-oriented and error-conscious.
Comfortable using equipment such as forklifts, lifts, jacks, RF scan guns.
Flexible and eager to learn new tasks and processes.

Responsibilities

Comply with all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and report any safety concerns immediately.
Load and unload products by hand; wrap and stack pallets for storage.
Pick, pack, and transfer inventory to appropriate storage or shipping locations.
Read part numbers and labels with accuracy to ensure order fulfillment.
Fulfill various order types (e.g., pick-to-box, carton, sample).
Track inventory and promptly report discrepancies or damaged goods.
Perform basic equipment inspections (e.g., battery levels) and notify supervisors of any issues.
Identify and implement small process improvements.
Support operations across departments as needed.
Accurately complete required paperwork and follow all standard procedures.
Operate multiple types of warehouse equipment such as: sit-down forklift, 30/30 lift, manual jack, pallet jack, RF scan gun.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
