About The Position

This role partners closely with other warehouse associates, inventory control, production teams, and leadership to maintain inventory accuracy, support line delivery, and keep daily operations running smoothly. As a member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for supporting daily production through accurate and timely material movement across receiving, picking, kitting, line delivery, shipping, and inventory functions. You will ensure inventory accuracy, complete ERP transactions, and identify and escalate material issues that impact operations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
  • Forklift certification or demonstrate equipment proficiency
  • ERP or warehouse system experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on a ship floor
  • High school diploma
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Experience with kitting, line delivery, or cycle counting
  • Experience acting as an informal team resource or trainer

Responsibilities

  • Independently execute receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigation
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Maintain organized, compliant warehouse and lineside material areas
  • Perform accurate ERP transactions for material movement and inventory changes
  • Identify material shortages, damage, or system discrepancies and escalate appropriately
  • Support kitting and delivery of materials to production at the point of use
  • Provide on‑the‑job guidance and cross‑training to Warehouse Associate I roles
  • Assist with daily task coordination to support coverage and priority changes
  • Communicate operational issues, risks, or delays to leadership
