About The Position

Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Picking/material handling/receiving.

Requirements

1+ years of relevant work experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required
5 days in office
Strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
Action oriented and resourceful

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision
Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals
Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
