About The Position

The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, kitting, and shipping customer orders while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role may also involve minor equipment operation and setup.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must not be on an active final warning
• Must be in current role for at least 6 months

Nice To Haves

• Prior distribution or warehouse experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders
• Pack products according to standard work and compliance requirements
• Label, audit, and inspect orders prior to staging and shipping
• Pack both hazardous and non-hazardous materials per instructions
• Investigate aged or missing orders
• Restock supplies as needed
