About The Position

The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, kitting, and shipping customer orders while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role may also involve minor equipment operation and setup. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with potential for overtime and weekend work. The starting pay is $20.60/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Use of hands for handling tools, materials, and equipment
• Ability to operate in a physically active environment
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection

Nice To Haves

• Prior distribution or warehouse experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Must not be on an active final warning (for internal applicants)
• Must be in current role for at least 6 months (for internal applicants)

Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders
• Pack products according to standard work and compliance requirements
• Label, audit, and inspect orders prior to staging and shipping
• Pack both hazardous and non-hazardous materials per instructions
• Investigate aged or missing orders
• Restock supplies as needed
