About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries and the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate II to join their TEAM. This role involves a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and inventory checks. The position requires the daily use of forklift equipment. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Certified Forklift Operator.
Basic math skills
Organization skills
Customer service skills
Fluency in English
Detail-oriented
Safety-conscious
Ability to regularly lift up to 15-30 lbs.
Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs. at certain times.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of material handling duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders.
Checks outbound orders for accuracy/completeness.
Conducts inventory stock checks.
Restocks and labels vendor products.
Maintains displays (tools, caulk, etc.).
Moves, stores, and replenishes material.
Conducts daily cycle counts.
Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material.
Processes inbound shipments and stock material.
Processes customer returns.
Notifies management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operates forklift equipment.
Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, and general office maintenance.
May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
Performs other related duties as required.
