About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an exceptional local Truck Driver to join their TEAM. This role involves delivering customer orders and supporting warehouse functions. The position requires daily use of forklift and/or crane forklift equipment. Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent experience
Must be a Certified Forklift Operator
3+ years previous truck driving experience preferred
Good driving skills
Customer service skills
Math skills
Safety conscious

Nice To Haves

CDL preferred (Commercial Driver’s License)

Responsibilities

Delivers and unloads product orders at designated countertop locations, customers, and job sites.
Processes delivery paperwork and COD payments.
Maintains driving record and truck log.
Ensures routine truck maintenance is performed.
Performs necessary warehouse tasks in conjunction with deliveries such as pulling/assembling orders and loading delivery truck.
Provides assistance to warehouse staff in performing normal warehouse duties such as unloading and storing of inbound material and shipping tasks.
Operates forklift equipment.
May take and enter customer orders as needed.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
Performs other related duties as required.
