About The Position

This role is responsible for various warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The associate will follow safety regulations, operate equipment, and ensure accurate inventory management.

Requirements

Experience with warehouse, shipping, and receiving
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and computer experience
Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Follows safety regulations by completing and documenting daily forklift inspections, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and performing all duties safely.
Maintains the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
Transports materials between locations and scans product into the correct location using a bar-code scanner.
Stores product in appropriate sections of the warehouse, allowing for ease of use with the FIFO system.
Participates in loading/unloading of materials into the warehouse, including scanning product to/from trailer locations.
Pulls product from warehouse locations based on FIFO lists, accurately shipping orders by verifying lot information, part number, and quantities against pick ticket information.
Verifies that all packaging/pallets related to product being transported are free of damage.
Reports any damaged product/pallets to the supervisor for tagging as non-conforming and quarantining.
Completes trailer inspections prior to loading/unloading and logs any failed trailers.
Assists with physical inventory on scheduled frequencies.
Assists in loading/unloading trucks.
Receives products into the warehouse accurately and follows procedures.
Assists in the staging process.
Assists with cycle counts as needed.
