With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate I to join our Shipping dept. team in Camarillo, CA! This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Knowledge of lot numbers and serial numbers for shipping.
  • Minimum of 1 year of shipping experience.
  • Proficient knowledge in item verification and cycle count.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Certified forklift operator: Class I, II, III, & IV sit down/standup (preferred not required)

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all incoming shipments are received, identified and stored appropriately; handles all international shipments; operates forklift (Bendi) and other equipment to safely move items/parts to appropriate locations and to load/unload trucks.
  • Maintains inventory control and documents products received, and products shipped in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app. Assists in counting physical inventory as needed.
  • Receives, and organizes Sales Returns, updating ERP and CRM systems; performs cycle counts and inventory activities on a routine basis; responsibility for inventory accuracy between ERP system and physical count/bin.
  • Cross-trained knowledge of Level I and II; demonstrates leadership qualities in the department at this level; assists with troubleshooting with other team members as needed.
