About The Position
The Warehouse Associate I is an entry-level warehouse position responsible for accurately receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role works under close supervision and is expected to follow established procedures while learning warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer and scanner experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Label, palletize, and stage products for shipping.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly scanning and documenting product movement.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory activities as assigned.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or damaged product to a supervisor.
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
