About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I performs one or more warehouse tasks, including receiving and putting away merchandise, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks and trailers, staging and sorting products, counting and auditing, wrapping pallets, and inventory control. The associate may flex between stocking, picking, loading, and processing as needed. No warehousing experience is required; Crescent Electric will provide tools and resources for success.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting or carrying items of varying weights, as well as working at heights and using a motorized pallet jack.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Ability and comfort working at heights.
• Ability to use a motorized pallet jack.
• Able to lift and carry 1–20 lbs continuously, 21–50 lbs frequently, and 51–100 lbs occasionally with a buddy-lift or mechanical device.

Responsibilities

• Pick products in pick modules or from floor locations.
• Flex between stocking, picking, loading, and processing as needed.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers by hand or using a motorized pallet jack.
• Receive merchandise against purchase orders and vendor packing lists.
• Prepare return tickets or warranty materials and record damage to faulty material.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as put away, packing, staging, sorting, counting, auditing, pallet wrapping, and inventory control.
