About The Position

This is a Warehouse Associate I position on the 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM. The role involves working at a fast pace, operating cutting equipment, using technology like RF scanners and iPads, assisting customers with will-call orders, building and transporting materials, and shipping/receiving truck deliveries. Regular and reliable attendance and access to reliable transportation are essential. The work environment is a non-climate controlled warehouse with moving machinery, potential for high temperatures, and noise. Safety is a priority, with proper PPE provided and monthly safety meetings.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
Eligible to work in the United States. (Sponsorship for employment visas is not provided).

Previous Wire & Cable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
Use technology such as RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
Assist customers with local will-call orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
Ship and receive truck deliveries.
Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Move product within the facility using sit-down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment.
