About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining company standards in housekeeping and contamination control. The associate will greet customers, identify order accuracy, and capture signatures. Key duties include pulling and identifying materials, counting, sorting, and placing stock, receiving shipments, preparing outbound shipments, and performing other assigned duties. The position emphasizes safety, job-specific skills, customer orientation, credibility, initiative, results orientation, communication, teamwork, information gathering, and personal development.

Requirements

• Formal Education High School diploma or GED
• Experience 6 months or less
• Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Nice To Haves

• Fork Lift experience and certification.
• Warehouse Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.
• Greet customer promptly and professionally. Identifies order accuracy and captures appropriate customer signatures upon receipt.
• Pull and clearly identify materials correctly, following all applicable notes and instructions to include location assignment and shipping information.
• Count, sort and place stock materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style or location.
• Receive shipments, examine, unpack and check for accuracy. Validate rejects, damaged items, shortages and notifies appropriate parties.
• Prepare outbound shipments per established company guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
