About The Position
The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Boom Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials within the warehouse environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Previous experience operating forklift boom equipment in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklift boom and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload granite and marble slabs safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Receive, store, and organize inventory according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in order picking, packing, and preparing shipments to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and operational efficiency.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse workflows and resolve any operational issues.
