About The Position

Priority Tire is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role supports the company’s warehouse operation by handling tire inventory, fulfilling orders, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The position involves physical warehouse work and requires safe equipment operation, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Receiving/Inventory teams typically work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until work is complete, with weekends off. Shipping/Order Fulfillment teams typically work either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until work is complete, in four-day workweeks generally followed by three consecutive days off. The company offers a competitive hourly wage paid biweekly. Applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or carry up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort with climbing, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout scheduled shifts.
• Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of Cherry Picker experience.
• At least 2 years of Reach Truck operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload and organize incoming tire inventory.
• Operate stock pickers and high-reach trucks.
• Pick and verify orders accurately.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Use RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts and support audits.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
