About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Driver works in Turtle’s Los Angeles, California location and drives 12-foot to 24-foot stakebed trucks for deliveries. The role handles receiving, storing, picking, preparing, and shipping products, while maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping equipment and work areas orderly. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of warehouse experience.
Ability to pass a DOT medical examination.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), and write legibly.
Ability to follow directions with an emphasis on safety.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with warehouse management systems.
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Drive 12-foot to 24-foot stakebed trucks for deliveries.
Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
Stack and store merchandise in pallet, static, cantilever, yard, and wire storage areas or racks.
Pick the correct quantity and type of product in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms using material handling equipment.
Bag, tag, or mark orders as required.
Check outgoing shipment quantities, labels, and addresses against orders in the WMS to ensure shipments are complete and correct.
Accept signatures for outbound shipments as necessary.
Move products into trailers, box or rack trucks, vans, cars, or containers.
Keep equipment neat, clean, and orderly.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts, ensure proper stock rotation, and perform aisle assessments and assignments.
