About The Position

La Villa Tacos is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Distribution Driver to join our Distribution team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and delivering products to our restaurant locations while maintaining an efficient, safe, and organized warehouse. This is an early morning, full-time position that plays a vital role in keeping our restaurants stocked and operating efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid California Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, delivery, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily restaurant deliveries.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to multiple restaurant locations.
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain required documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable transportation regulations.
• Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
