About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our operations team. This dual-role position includes transporting goods between facilities or customers and assisting with warehouse functions such as loading/unloading, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized work environment. The CDL Driver plays a key role in supporting logistics, warehouse operations, and ensuring safe, timely, and efficient material handling.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Class A CDL license.
Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and basic vehicle maintenance.
Strong work ethic with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions.
Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends based on schedules.

Responsibilities

Operate company trucks (Class A or Class A with ELO restrictions) to deliver or pick up goods as scheduled.
Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
Secure cargo safely and ensure accurate documentation for all deliveries and pickups.
Follow all DOT and company safety protocols during transportation.
Communicate effectively with teams regarding schedules, delays, or issues.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling.
Verify shipments against documentation and maintain inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout and vehicle.
Participate in safety meetings and required training.
Report and quarantine any damaged or defective items.
Support warehouse activities including storage, cycle counts, and general upkeep.
