About The Position

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Comfortable answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a small, collaborative team environment
• Basic computer skills (email and order tracking systems)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify order details and ensure correct items are shipped
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly workspace
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Support basic handling of headsets and related equipment
• Answer incoming phone calls regarding order status and general inquiries
• Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
• Provide updates on repairs, shipments, and order timelines
• Communicate any issues or delays to customers and internal team members
