Our Wholesale Warehouse is looking to add a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to our Shreveport location.

Requirements

Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience and 23 years of age
Good vehicle safety record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service-oriented environment
Attention to detail
Commitment to being on time
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Unload incoming shipments and verify product condition, quantity, and accuracy.
Pick and stage tires and merchandise according to invoices or pick tickets.
Load outbound shipments securely and accurately for delivery.
Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) following certification and safety protocols.
Inspect loads for damage, shortages, or overages and report discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas.
Follow all safety procedures while handling materials weighing up to 75–100 lbs.
Safely operate 16’–28’ box trucks for customer deliveries
Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
Perform pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately
Complete required driver logs, vehicle records, and paperwork
Make COD collections when applicable and follow proper cash handling procedures
Assist with route information and customer follow-ups as needed
Ensure safe operation and constant care of company vehicles
