About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver locates, transfers, sorts, and prepares products for sales orders, shipping, and quality control. The role also involves loading and unloading vehicles, moving products within a facility, and driving a company-provided vehicle between locations as a backup driver on an as-needed basis. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active driver's license.
• Ability to understand warehouse locations, locate products, and use an RF scanner.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to identify errors quickly and retain knowledge of how to correct them.
• Ability to work on deadline-based assignments.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to walk up to 2 miles during the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for long periods.
• Ability to safely climb and work on ladders.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of warehouse experience.
• One year of delivery driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Locate and transfer products for daily sales orders, matching physical products with sales order descriptions.
• Process and sort serialized products.
• Assist with quality control maintenance of rental products.
• Prepare products for shipping according to company standards.
• Load and unload vehicles, including moving items on or off rolling carts.
• Move products within a facility or help pack carts for loading.
• Drive a company-provided vehicle between locations to deliver company-owned products, following traffic regulations, on an as-needed backup basis.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
