This position pays $18.65 per hour (including shift premium) with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations. The role involves accurately counting and pulling parts from assigned locations, re-verifying part numbers and quantities, entering required information, applying and scanning barcodes, and placing orders in totes on the conveyor. The associate may be required to operate a push cart and perform mate inspections. This role is crucial for ensuring TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery. The associate must meet established quality and productivity goals, actively participate in job qualification audits, and adhere to standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, and being available for overtime as needed, are essential. A positive, team-oriented attitude, willingness to embrace "other duties as required," ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a sense of urgency, and a positive attitude focused on results are expected. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and notifying management of hazards is paramount. The role supports daily warehouse department metrics and performs FOD and location maintenance to maintain 5S standards. Active cross-training in other areas is also required.
