This position involves accurately counting and pulling parts from assigned locations, verifying part numbers and quantities, entering required information, applying and scanning barcodes, and placing orders in totes for the conveyor. The role may require operating a push cart and performing mate inspections according to manufacturing requirements. The associate will ensure TTI meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, while meeting established quality and productivity goals. Adherence to standard operating procedures and active participation in job qualification audits are expected. The position requires maintaining acceptable time and attendance, with availability for overtime as needed. A positive, team-oriented attitude, willingness to accept other duties, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a sense of urgency, and a focus on desired results are essential. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and notifying management of hazards is also a key responsibility. The role supports daily warehouse department metrics and performs foreign object detection (FOD) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained. Active cross-training in other areas is also required.
