About The Position

Hudson is hiring a Warehouse Associate to work at its warehouse at Chicago Airport. The role supports warehouse operations by picking orders, receiving freight, handling merchandise and inventory, replenishing stock, and helping maintain a safe and clean workplace. Open availability and a full-time schedule are required.

Requirements

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work in an environment exposed to hot and cold elements.
Previous warehouse experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Open availability to work.
Ability to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

Protect company assets in the warehouse, including non-stock merchandise.
Provide a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel.
Place stock orders as required.
Count and receive incoming merchandise and report shortages or overages to management in a timely manner and before required deadlines.
Count merchandise returns to vendors and complete the appropriate paperwork.
Replenish stock on the sales floor.
Isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products for supplier credits and returns.
Organize merchandise for annual inventory.
Assist with inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances.
Notify management of out-of-stock merchandise.
Assist with stocking stores and backrooms.
Assist with trash removal and recycling.
