About The Position

Alaskan is a residential HVAC and plumbing services provider serving the Tucson area. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related trades.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Stock and organize HVAC and plumbing parts, equipment, tools, and materials in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, pull, stage, and load materials for service technicians and installation crews.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Assist with deliveries to job sites as needed.
Process returns, warranty items, and damaged materials.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
