About The Position

Miss A is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our expanding team at our headquarters in Dallas! In this role, the candidate is responsible for receiving all incoming freight and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory system for all stock locations. Ensure on-time and cost-efficient inventory control including the delivery of inbound and outbound shipments to internal and external customers, and other responsibilities, as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ Warehouse Management experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • B2B Experience required
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
  • Technology Integrations (SPS, ERP, WMS)
  • Intermediate user with Microsoft Office Suites, (email, excel, power point)
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Directs the end-to-end shipping process for B2B orders, from placement to delivery
  • Handles packing, labeling, and tracking of palletized and bult freight, ensuring compliance with partner standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers and vendors for reliable transport
  • Receiving inbound freight and verifying against purchase orders and supply documents
  • Technology Integration (EX: SPS, ERP, WMS)
  • Data entry of all inbound purchase order receipts and product transfers using inventory system
  • Deliver inbound freight to appropriate locations
  • Order entry and fulfillment of client supply orders
  • Process and distribute incoming emails
  • Perform cycle counts for retail, client, and office supply inventory locations
  • Maintain warehouse inventory and restocking
  • Maintain, organize all documents log sheets
  • Participate in Company’s Safety Program
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company records or issues
  • Maintain compliance with department and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, co-workers, and clients to provide quality customer service
  • Representing Miss A in a courteous, professional manner always
  • Work effectively within a team-oriented department and company
  • Adhere to department schedule, may include overtime, to meet workflow demands
  • Special projects and other related duties as assigned may include using the company vehicle
