About The Position

Join KLINGER GPI as a Full-Time Warehouse & VMI Associate-Lubbock, TX. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role vital to keeping customers stocked and satisfied in the oil & gas industry. KLINGER GPI, formed through acquisitions and mergers, provides a comprehensive range of fluid sealing and control products and offers accredited in-house and mobile calibration and repair services for industrial facilities. As a Warehouse & VMI Associate, you will play a key role in our supply chain, both in the warehouse and out in the field. In the warehouse, you will handle shipping and receiving, conduct inventory counts, and maintain organization and stock accuracy. As a VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Associate, you will load products and drive to customer sites across your assigned territory, provide daily onsite support ensuring shelves and boards are properly stocked, use our ERP system (P21) to assess stock levels and place orders, and build relationships with site managers and workers, acting as the face of KLINGER GPI to our customers. This role is active and physical, perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and being outdoors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check (required for site access)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer support or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a barcode scanner
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
• Must be able to pass an initial drug screening and random screenings.
