About The Position

The Warehouse and Materials Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse organization. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment. This position requires participation in a paid after-hours on-call rotation with assigned call every 3 weeks.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent or work experience in a related field
1-3 years of related experience
SAP or similar inventory and invoicing management system experience
Experience operating a forklift

Responsibilities

Assembles orders, prepares goods, and processes shipments in SAP
Daily invoicing in SAP of all outbound shipments
Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies and replenishes stock in the towers
Responsible for monitoring inventory to ensure accuracy
Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
Participate in weekly afterhours on call rotation
Participate in company-provided training and apply knowledge appropriately (daily processes)
Help maintain a neat and orderly parts room
Performs other duties as assigned
