Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 years of warehouse experience is a MUST
- Excellent organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage new truck inventory setup and cycle count processes.
- Oversee technician truck sign-off for inventory and tools; enforce chargebacks when applicable.
- Lead the receiving team with clear goals, metrics, and performance reviews.
- Conduct weekly status meetings with the General Manager to review performance and set action plans.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming orders and manage parts ordering.
- Label, stock, audit, clean, and prepare new vehicles for field readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, yard, and inventory space.
- Perform bin location updates and overall organization of stock.
- Coordinate equipment movement between warehouse and job sites.
- Pick up materials from supply houses and deliver to job sites or warehouse as needed.
