About The Position

SATOKIE is seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse and Facilities Associate to join our operations team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and maintaining our facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. You will oversee inventory management, assist with shipping and receiving, and coordinate maintenance activities to support overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically able, and possess strong organizational skills. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures.
Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with safety regulations and willingness to adhere to protocols.
Basic maintenance and repair skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials in the warehouse.
Manage inventory by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
Prepare and package orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and facility premises.
Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep activities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Support facilities management tasks, including landscaping, waste management, and minor repairs.
Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
