About The Position

The Facilities Associate is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the UAN Facility. This associate will perform basic maintenance and facilities duties within our distribution center. Helping heroes makes you one too. This is your chance! Requirements

• Previous custodial experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility required (1-5 years)
• Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus.
• General knowledge of hand tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for minor building maintenance repairs
• General warehouse cleaning and organizing
• General maintenance and preventive maintenance around the facility
• Vendor/contractor liaison work
• Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and cleaned
• Assisting with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other light facilities functions
• Assist with the inventory and maintenance of existing furniture and equipment
• Assist with the set-up of meeting rooms: furniture, chairs, tables, projectors, easels, flip charts, white boards, etc.
• Required to operate various types of power equipment

Benefits

• Base pay starts at $17 an hour
• Earn $2.00 more/hour for weekend shifts
