About The Position

Tollefson's Retail Group is seeking Full-Time Warehouse and Delivery Associates for their Slumberland location in Thief River Falls, MN. This role involves assisting with customer deliveries, safe operation of delivery trucks (including daily inspections and fluid/mileage tracking), moving materials from receiving to designated areas (showroom, warehouse), and ensuring safe handling with manual lifts and power equipment. The position also includes assisting with building and grounds maintenance. The associate is a key team member responsible for maintaining the showroom and warehouse appearance and providing exceptional customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

Valid and insurable driver's license required for driving.
Pre-employment drug testing required, including cannabis.
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Must be approved for a DOT Medical Card to operate store trucks.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma/GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with deliveries to customer locations.
Ensure safe operations of the delivery truck, including daily inspections and tracking of fluids and mileage.
Move materials from receiving areas to other designated areas, including the showroom.
Ensure proper handling and operations for manual lifts and power equipment to ensure safety.
Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
Maintain the display of the showroom and warehouse.
Offer exceptional customer service on deliveries.
