About The Position

Tollefson's Retail Group is hiring a full-time Warehouse and Delivery Associate at its Slumberland location in Minot, North Dakota. The associate supports customer deliveries and warehouse operations, helping maintain a safe, organized warehouse and an appealing showroom while providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes assisting with building and grounds maintenance.

Requirements

• A valid, insurable driver's license is required for delivery drivers; this position requires driving.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug testing is required.
• Ability to frequently lift and move more than 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries to customer locations.
• Operate the delivery truck safely, including conducting daily inspections and tracking fluids and mileage.
• Move materials from receiving areas to designated locations, including the showroom.
• Handle materials properly and operate manual lifts and power equipment safely.
• Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
• Help maintain the appearance of the showroom and warehouse and provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
