Tollefson's Retail Group proudly operates furniture and flooring stores across Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. Our Slumberland Furniture location in Alexandria, Minnesota is seeking a motivated Full-Time Warehouse & Delivery Associate to become part of our outstanding team. The Alexandria store is known for its positive work environment, strong teamwork, and supportive culture. We are excited to welcome a new team member who values collaboration and customer service. As a Warehouse & Delivery Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and customer deliveries. Responsibilities include assisting with furniture deliveries to customers' homes and businesses while helping ensure the safe operation of company delivery vehicles. This includes conducting daily vehicle inspections and maintaining records of mileage and fluid levels. In the warehouse, you will receive, move, and organize merchandise throughout the facility, including transporting products to showroom areas. Proper use of manual lifting techniques and powered equipment is essential to maintaining a safe work environment. Additional duties include helping with general upkeep of the building and grounds. This position is vital to creating a positive customer experience by maintaining an organized warehouse, an attractive showroom, and professional delivery service.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and insurability.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for cannabis.
• Capability to frequently lift and carry items weighing 75 pounds or more.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not required.
