About The Position

This is a hybrid position combining counter sales and warehouse duties within a wholesale store for an HVAC company. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, working both at the counter and in the warehouse. Responsibilities include in-store customer interaction, handling phone calls, will calls, warehouse operations, forklift driving, and managing an online ordering system. HVAC industry knowledge or distribution knowledge is required, along with strong customer service and sales experience.

Must have either HVAC/R selling experience, or distribution counter sales knowledge of at least two years

A proven track record of inventory management and warehouse experience
Valid Driver’s license/driving record
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to meet mobility requirements including walking, standing, reaching, leaning forward, bending, climbing
Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Sufficient education to read, write, speak and understand English
Basic math skills and able to perform or learn job requirements within the assigned learning period
Required to accept and follow all safety rules and policies, including the use of all mandated safety protective equipment
Must agree to take pre-employment drug test and background check and comply with all Company policies and procedures

Responsibilities

Assist in selling the right equipment and recommending systems
Coordinate sales growth by building relationships with internal teams
