About The Position

Under minimal supervision, the Warehouse Analyst is responsible for the management of order entry, order activation, recurring billing, subscription services, and supplier transactions for iWAREHOUSE solutions products, specifically from Quote to Order. This role ensures all information is complete and accurate and involves close collaboration with internal departments, Solutions and Support Centers, and suppliers.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Material Handling Industry
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Solid organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

College Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Initiate and manage through to completion projects which drive iWarehouse implementations or improve communications & relationships
Process and update orders as needed
Provide recurring billing maintenance and ensure Solution & Support Centers and suppliers are invoiced in a timely manner
Resolve billing discrepancies. Notification of released order PO information to suppliers, provide estimated ship dates and parts tracking information as part of overall project implementation
Works with supplier and other resources to expedite orders as needed
Update and maintain customer files with relevant order information
Populate worksheets to update SAP subscription orders
Email Solution & Support Centers for additional information with clear instructions
Resolves routine and complex customer requests. Responsible for ensuring that all issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Update process documentation as necessary
Update subscription order worksheets as necessary
Ad hoc projects as needed
