Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of experience working in a service-industry shipping or related field, or experience in materials or a related field.
Experience with foreign trade and knowledge of Incoterms and exotherm.
Office skills, including telephone use, data entry, and office software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.

Background in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Audit data for accuracy and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts based on data investigations.
Assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data investigations.
Collect, compile, analyze, and present various types of data, and create or maintain databases supporting data collection.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and charts using data from multiple sources.
Test and resolve data integrity issues, including issues related to quotations.
Proactively identify and escalate potential issues related to metrics.
Improve processes and communications related to metric tracking activities.
Track warehouse management performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
Design, manage, and control data investigation tools.
