About The Position

This position offers a starting wage based on experience and shift, with the added benefit of quarterly profit sharing for all associates. Various shifts are available, and off-shifts include additional shift differential pay. The role requires the ability to adhere to a flexible schedule to meet goals and involves significant physical activity.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 years old
Able to pass both a background and drug screen
Self-Motivated
Good Listening Skills
Ability to communicate detailed or important information to others accurately
Ability to work well under pressure
Must be able to multitask

Data entry skills
Attention to detail
Ability to lift 50lbs. at a height of approximately 48” at various times throughout each shift

Forklift experience
Pallet jack experience
Aerial lift experience

Proficiency with computer software including Oracle and Microsoft Office
Experience in continuous improvement activities including the implementation of improvements
