About The Position
This position offers a starting wage based on experience and shift, with eligibility for quarterly profit sharing. Various shifts are available, and off-shifts include additional shift differential pay. The role requires a self-motivated individual with good listening skills and the ability to communicate detailed information accurately. The ideal candidate can work well under pressure, multitask, and adhere to a flexible schedule to meet goals. Data entry skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency with computer software, including Oracle and Microsoft Office, is preferred. Experience in continuous improvement activities, including the implementation of improvements, is also desired. The role requires the ability to lift 50lbs. at a height of approximately 48” at various times throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass both a background and drug screen.
- Self-Motivated

Nice To Haves
- Forklift, pallet jack, aerial lift and WAV experience preferred, or the ability to become certified
