About The Position

American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Admin in the Portland, OR area. If you’re looking for a great job with a consistent schedule and weekly pay then you have come to the right place. Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Rep is responsible for answering phone calls and emails, providing details to drivers on delivery locations, responding to customers, carrier partners, and drivers’ questions and concerns, and assisting the team with administrative duties.

  • Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Must have a good attitude and work well with others
  • Must be organized, computer literate and customer service oriented.

  • Proficient with basic computer skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel, Etc.
  • Fast Learner
  • Comfortable with face to face/ Phone interactions

  • Ability to independently stay on task.
