American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Admin in the Portland, OR area. This role involves answering phone calls and emails, providing details to drivers on delivery locations, responding to customers, carrier partners, and drivers’ questions and concerns, and assisting the team with administrative duties. The ideal candidate is great at customer service, enjoys problem-solving, is good with computers, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, email, phones), familiar with the warehouse environment, good at time management, adaptable, a fast learner, comfortable with face-to-face and phone interactions, and possesses a can-do attitude.
