About The Position

Vintners Logistics, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Kennewick, Washington. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer orders, coordinating between departments, and performing various administrative duties within the warehouse and transportation management systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of prior warehousing and transportation experience
  • Microsoft Office suite including word and excel

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone & email
  • Greet will call customers and visitors, complete sign-ins, coordinate in and out shipments
  • Receive and process customer orders in warehouse and transportation management systems
  • Conduct customer calls as needed for order coordination, changes, payments and account status
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls or email
  • Coordinate between the transportation and warehousing departments ensuring customer orders are picked, shipped and documented correctly
  • Set up new customer accounts & related customer onboarding activities
  • Process warehouse receiving; including system entry & item creation as needed.
  • Complete & verify bi-weekly compliance reporting
  • Assist in inventory counts, month end closing and related operational duties
  • Document filing, scanning, & processing
  • Verify warehouse charges for customer billing
  • Set up rates/rate changes in warehouse system annually or as required
  • Maintain Strong written & verbal communication skills with team and customers
  • Maintain a positive & productive relationship with team members, management & customers.
  • Preform other administrative duties as assigned.
