About The Position

GRBS is seeking a full-time Lead Custodian for their facility in Fremont. This role requires leadership experience and involves overseeing a team to ensure the clean building process is executed effectively. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and possess a positive attitude with strong customer service skills. The position is Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm, with 40 hours per week. A lift certification is required, with training provided.

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
