About The Position

The Walmart Digital Commerce Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of Walmart.com management to drive organizational goals. This role plays a key part in driving digital penetration, maintaining an acceptable content score, ensuring effective strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable impact. The Walmart Digital Commerce Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of Walmart.com management to drive organizational goals. This role plays a key part in driving digital penetration, maintaining an acceptable content score, ensuring effective strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable impact. In this role, the Walmart Digital Commerce Specialist will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Copywriting, to coordinate project development and establish strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Computer Science Required
  • 2 years e-Commerce experience required
  • WMC campaign process: WMC is the Walmart group that manages Walmart Retail Media. Knowledge of their systems and processes are needed to plan and execute KISS specific campaigns for all BD’s to support our business with the Walmart account.
  • WALMART Supplier One System: Needed for item set up and on-going maintenance.
  • WALMART Retail Link and Scintilla: Utilize WALMART systems and data reporting platforms for regular reporting on .com activities and results
  • MS Office Suite: Needed for communications, reporting, analysis, presentations, and other needs.
  • Understanding the basics of online retail, customer journey, and user experience principles. (High proficiency)
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication are essential in collaborating with other team members (High proficiency)
  • Attention to detail in organizing digital assets, and ensuring content consistency across the platform (Medium proficiency)
  • Analytical skills to track content and optimization performance, proficiency in Excel is a plus (Medium proficiency)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute activities to grow KISS digital penetration to 20% across all categories.
  • Work with BD Marketing teams to leverage national activities to support the digital penetration goals for Walmart.
  • Work with Sales Director and Walmart to develop and implement strategies and tactics to grow KISS revenue on Walmart Marketplace.
  • Independently explore more efficient ways of growing KISS business on Walmart Marketplace
  • Manage listing process for all relevant KISS products on Walmart Marketplace.
  • Prepare and publish monthly Walmart Marketplace sales reports.
  • Develop and implement action plans to support products with declining sales revenue on Walmart Marketplace.
  • Build display ads with creative and partner with WMC to build more meaningful/impactful digital campaigns.
  • Manage the creative asset creation process with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Partner with IPM teams to understand opportunities with inventory management in dotcom FCs.
